- Manage the Project Facility Utility Matrix, identify equipment & technical details, assist in creating facility layouts and drawings for new R&D Labs located in Silicon Valley.
- Work with R&D Engineering Users Team, Facility & Real Estate Management Team, General Contractors, Facility Design Engineers, Architects, Equipment Manufacturers, Procurement Team to select Lab Equipment, and Assure compatibility with project implementation.
- Assist with refining construction drawings and compliance documents in preparation for submission to building permit departments, fire departments and regulatory agencies for approval.
- Provide Environmental Consultants various hazardous materials compliance data, Safety data Sheets, associated with construction and remediation measures.
- Interact with Facility Users/Managers, Legal Counsel, Procurement Team on Non-Disclosure Agreements, Purchase Agreements and other legal requirements.
- Manage Equipment Manufacturer/Vendor quotes & bid process, proposals, budgeting and financing impacts of design, engineering, architectural costs, preparation and submission of permits, environmental and other compliance documents.
