Kent Steele

Mr. Steele earned his Masters Degree from the University of San Francisco in 1995. Mr. Steele worked at several S&P 500 companies over the years. Mr. Steele believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of consulting and business issues. Steele Consulting has allowed Mr. Steele to represent several high-profile clients and fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of consulting operations.

• Provided Technical Support for Management & Clients on new products and equipment needs, as well as problem solving with installation and functionality.
• Provided PV Solar system design, energy use/production calculations, and cost estimation
• Conducted electrical calculations for Building Systems, LEED Programs, Govt. incentives
• NABCEP Level 1 Certificate for energy production and storage solutions.
• Managed, Interacted and negotiated with government agencies and legal council to assure compliance with Federal/State/local regs related to Public Utilities, EPA, OSHA, in the US & Canada.

Finance Experience
• Extensive Finance and Real Estate experience associated with Utility Interconnection & Power Purchase Agreements,Rebate Programs, Traditional Financing and Leases
• Conducted financial evaluations based on Energy ROI calculations, ITC Tax Grants, MACRS depreciation.

Management Experience
• Directed company growth to become one of the 6th largest Branch Operations in the nation by marketing and recruiting Branch Offices into the organization grossing over $1 billion in volume.
• Built, managed and supervised 80+ Branch Managers - indirectly supervised 200+ employees nationwide.
